Hello. I just downloaded a free trial for Mac and tested on a Kindle book. It opens with the message: "Please register the software, then get all contents and the valid ebook format."
Can I register without first paying?
If I like the software I would buy the Lifetime License but want to be sure first.

Pictures are lost from the Kindle file after conversion to PDF
Long time user of Epubor ultimate. Since Kindle 1.24 stopped working after upgrade to Catalina, moved to KCR converter. But have noticed that Kindle books converted to epub using KCR are slow. And also have low quality covers. Is there any way to just de-drm using KCR and then convert them to epub using ultimate?
Hi, I'm using the trial version of your software. I've tried to convert a Kindle book I bought, but it's acted differently from the other one I just covered to ePub. When I put it into the list of files in the Ultimate window, it doesn't tick or say "decrypted". However, if I then convert it to ePub, it works. The files appear to both still contain the Kindle serial number. Will this cause me a problem with Kindle if I then view it on my reader on my Samsung phone?
These are the filenames: bookname_B00WJT3D8Q.azw3 (after import), and bookname_B00WJT3D8Q.epub (after conversion

epubor is not detecting my kobo or kindle I have tried three different kobo and one kindle on my Mac I even downloaded the trial and tried a kobo on my PC no luck with anything Epubor just does not recognize I have a reader plugged in. my computer does recognize each device in the file system so I know they are working its just Epubor.
I converted 3 epub books for my kindle touch and put them on my device. They do not show up anywhere on my device, but when I connect the kindle to my computer, I can see that the files are there.
Since Amazon's removal of downloading ebooks, I have been able to keep my Windows Kindle program at version 2.4.0 and been successful at downloading my new purchases.
But today, I was unable to download a new book - Pressfield's "A Man at Arms" with the foll error:
"Item not available for this device type. Your Kindle app requires an update to view this content. Click here to download and install the free update."
It appears we may not be able to download some books with 2.4.0. Do you have a version of Ultimate that will work with a newer Kindle program yet? I'm using Ultimate 3.0.16.105.

Right now Epubor doesn't support Kindle for PC 1.39 yet Amazon is requiring it to download books.
What are your update plans to keep up with Amazon's new versions?

Keep getting this error code for certain books. They will download using the latest Kindle for Desktop, but then they can't be decoded. Suspect there is nothing I can fo for these and they are beyond extraction?
I can't get Epubor KCR to work with Kindle Cloud Reader now. It looks like Amazon removed the ability to download kindle books. There is no button for downloads and nothing happens when I right-click the book cover in Kindle Cloud Reader. When I open a book, it doesn't download because epubor KCR doesn't see any books. Can this be made to work? Epubor KCR only works with Kindle Cloud Reader. I am using Chrome.
