Epubor keeps "trying" to load aax file.  Shows a spinning '1 File', but can't get to Convert.

When I take my Audible Plus books off the Fire they are an unknown format.  I tried to rename them in aa/aax then process with Epuber, but this get an 'unsupported format' error.

audible books won't load onto player (klangtop clip) in  correct order ---every chapter is shuffled. have even tried loading by hand , one chapter at a time.
