I got a new computer. I had already removed Epubor on my Windows 7 since it didn't work. Now I'm told to de-register it, but I no longer have access to the program. Can I reinstall it so that I can de register it, or won't that work?

I registered the Epubor app on my laptop and now wish to move the licence to my Desktop PC.

I cannot see how I can deregister the Epubor app on my laptop?

Please advise. Thanks

To deregister from Epubor Ultimate, please just click the "Deregistration" icon besides the "Person" icon at the top right corner. You can also contact us via support@epubor.com to request the remote deregistration.

I got a new PC as the old one is broken and would like to transfer the licence from DESKTOP-M375VAK to the new one. I kindly ask you to deregister the old PC.
