Hi, I have Epubor Ultimate. Own a Kobo Clara 2 eReader and used Ultimate to remove DRM after downloading the purchased book from an independent ebook seller.
Always used Adobe Digital Editions to download the purchased book. Then transferred book to Epubor Ultimate for DRM removal, before transferring the file into Calibre - a library I have on my Macbook.
After IOS did an upgrade to Tahoe 26 I have been unable to use ADE. It is no longer compatible with Macbook as they only want it to be used on iPads and iPhones.
because of eyesight problems, I like to have my books on the laptop, not a tablet or phone. And then I can transfer what I want to my eReader.
Thorium Reader has been suggested, but it will (at the moment) only accept books that have DRM removed.
Am I the only one with this problem? Do you have any suggestions?
I have never been a fan of Adobe, but now I really dislike them!
