The Epubor cannot remove the Nook DRM. The Epubor help tells the user to assure that the Nook user name and password are up to date and refers to a non-existant user setting. Please help. I purchased a lifetime license for the purpose of removing DRM.

Thank you for your comments. The Nook has changed its DRM scheme now and there is not any software can remove NOOK DRM NOW. Our team is working on this issue now. Once we have any progress, we will let you know , ok?

Have you been able to update your software, either your Epubor Ultimate or your Epubor Nook DRM Removal, to actually remove the current (March 2020) Nook DRM?
