Hello Epubor Support,
I am writing to report a conversion error with Epubor Kobo Converter (Version 1.0.1.58).

    Issue: After converting my Kobo Plus ebooks, the output EPUB files display garbled/unreadable characters.
    Details: The original Kobo books appear correctly, but the converted EPUB files do not preserve the original text.
    Software Version: 1.0.1.58

Please advise on a fix or if a software update is required to resolve this encoding issue. I have attached a sample of the garbled output for your review.
