I’ve been a user of Epubor since 2021. It has worked fine until recently. It crashes right after opening. I deleted the app, downloaded the newest version, and it still crashes. I can give you the cars report if needed. Thanks!

Hello, that issue is probably caused by the external device. If your Mac has connected with external devices, the Ultimate will be crashing.
To get this issue fixed, please uninstall the current version and install the special version here: https://download.epubor.com/ultimate_device.pkg

I'm running into the same problem. The link for the "ultimate_device.pkg" isn't working.

I had the same problem.
Here's what fixed it-
1. uninstall epubor ultimate with appcleaner.
2. install latest version of epubor ultimate.
3. Restart iMac.
Step 3 seemed to be the key.
