I am a Japanese user. I want to convert vertically written books purchased on Kindle to PDF.

I installed "Epubor Ultimate Vertical for Windows Download", but when I converted it to PDF, the display collapsed and I couldn't read it.
The version after installation will be "v3.0.15.822".
Please tell me the probable cause and countermeasures.

The vertical version can only support EPUB format, please decrypt your Kindle books and convert them to Epub format, thank you.
