Epubor VitalSource Downloader is not accessing all of my titles for download. I can only access the most recently purchased lifetime purchase. There were 2 more titles I bought before that, and I can still access them through VtialSource. Is this a glitch?

Yes we met technical issue and copyright problems. Epubor Vitalsource Downloader is not available for downloading any more.

OK, so I have a license for Epubor VitalSource Downloader. Can I get a refund for it? I am very frustrated with how this news was delivered (I had to search for hours why it is not working) and no support what so ever.

Hi,
I purchased the VitalSource downloader software on 19 February 2019 and was never able to use it. I read in one of your responses that the software no longer works. I had made a complaint through this website, but never heard back. I subsequently tried to claim for a refund through PayPal and the claim was denied. The software was almost $130 USD and I'd like to get a refund.
