Error message "Adept DRM removal has failied!"

Same for me: unable to remove the "Adept DRM" with the adobe program i used "use my device id instead" as the option cs i didnt have a account, not sure if that was the issue..

where did you purchase this book? Epubor software can handle ebooks purchased from kindle, kobo, nook and google play.

Thank you for asking. Epubor software does support google play books. can you read this book on your computer with ADE? please ensure you can do that.

I downloaded and installed Epubor Ultimate from your site. I use ADE and download ebooks from local library.I can open and read newly downloaded ebooks but cannot remove DRM. I get "Adept DRM removal has failied!"
