I got the same problem recently.
I download from Play Book.
I can read with adobe digital edition

Very same problem. Can read PDFs in Adobe Digital but Epubor will not decrypt some of them. This is happening more frequently than when I first purchased Epubor. I use Epubor with books I download from the library.

Hello, I purchased the Epubor Ultimate licence to remove Adept DRM from a PDF, but now Epubor unable to remove the DRM. 1 week ago it worked without problem but now it's impossible. Books were bought at ebook central. What can I do? Thank you

Hey there,
I have bought an epub book in ebooks.com, i have authorize the ADE and can read the book in ADE, but it won't decrypt with epubor. It says it's an Adept DRM and it doesn't work. I see messages here complaining about this from 2019..maybe you should put a disclaimer saying epubor won't work to remove DRM anymore for ADE.

I'm using EPubor Ultimate v3.0.12.1028 (licensed to drbaharuddin.anesth@gmail.com). Currently no more able to remove the DRM.
I bought all these books from Google Play and all can be opened with ADE 4.5.
Please help!

1, Please download the latest version of Epubor Ultimate version 3.0.14.402 and install it.
2, Can you read these google play books on your computer? Please ensure they can be read properly on ADE on your computer.
Then try to remove drm from these books again with Epubor Ultimate.
