I have the same problem. My email address and registration are no longer recognized by Epubor. I have tried to contact Epubor using the support email address, through chat, by submitting a ticket and through LinkedIn but have received no reply to any of these.
Has Epubor gone out of business?
In this situation, please confirm again that your Internet is good enough. If you installed any anti-virus programs and VPN programs, please close them.
Next, if it was a firewall blocking access, please close the Firewall on your computer and restart Epubor Ultimate to try again, thank you.
In addition, you can also change to another WiFi and try again to register it. For example, if you can't register it at home, you can go to another location and connect to another WiFi and register it. Thank you.
