Kindle Cloud Reader is Not Downloading the Book

When I visit the Kindle Cloud Reader on Chrome or Edge, sign in, and open a book, I am not seeing the download process on the bottom right hand of the screen as indicated by the video.

Please advise.

For downloading kindle cloud reader books, please just click the book cover to open this kindle book, and a downloading progress bar will show at the bottom-right corner. Just keep this book open until this the downloading is finished. Restart kcr converter to convert kindle cloud reader books.

Followed the instructions for dealing with the new Kindle Cloud, but my downloaded books are still not showing up in the kcr-convertor. Thank you

1. Please ensure your kindle cloud reader books have been downloaded completely. To check this, right click the book cover, you'll see "Open book" and "Remove Book“ option. Otherwise, your books are not downloaded successfully. Please keep the book open until it has been downloaded successfully.

2. Please install the latest version of KCR converter. Here is the download link :
