Today, May 18 2024, I tried to open a freshly purchased kindle book with the older Kindle version running in LD Player. This is - as far as I know - the only way to convert Kindle books into Epub format: Load in older Kindle version in LD Player, then convert it with Epubor Kindle Converter. Unfortunately I got an error message from within the Kindle saying that the book doesn't support this older Kindle version. So is this the next step in the war? Are we stuck again without any way of conversion?
