Hello,
May I ask if you are talking about the Epubor Ultimate software?
If your newly downloaded Kindle files don’t show up under the Kindle tab, please go to Settings >> Kindle >> Click Set to the Default Path >> OK, then your Kindle books will show up.

this program is not working at all. I have followed all directions, deleted and dowloaded books, even connected the kindle to the Mac and am still not able to remove DRM. All I get are error messages. Only a small number of the books in my account are listed in Epubor and of those I have only been able to remove the DRM from three. What is the problem? Why does this not work? I have have wasted many hours on this problem.

Hello, thanks for your comment

May I ask what Epubor software you use? If you use Epubor Ultimate for Mac, you need to install Kindle Classic to download your Kindle books.

And if you Kindle books are in KCR format, they will not show up in Epubor Ultimate for Mac. Now you need to use another software Kindle Converter to decrypt and convert these Kindle books.

Something is broken in Kindle Converter.
It cannot access the directory where my kindle files are stored.
I have correctly set up the directory path, but when I click te refresh button, nothing happens.
Same when I try to drag and drop a book into Kindle Converter : nothing happens, nothing appears.
I am running Microsoft Windows 10.
Both my epubor and kindle converter software are the latest versions and are duly registered.
I am running Kindle software version 2.00, but it was updated automatically by Amazon.
