Thank you for asking. We are working on a new solution for this issue. Here are two workarounds for you: 1. you can download your kindle books via kindle for pc 2.4.0 and remove drm with epubor ultimate; 2. You can download kindle books via "download and transfer via usb" if you have a kinlde eink device. Then remove drm with epubor Ultimate.

I have been waiting with strong faith in Epubor for a month now for the solution to this issue, but I guess we still have to wait.
I have neither PC nor kindle device and Epubor have been useless for me ever since. Could you give us an update as to when it will become useful again for customers like me? If not soon, could you suspend my still running Epubor subscription and possibly refund the subscription fees for the past month? Thanks.

Thank you for using our software. Yes, if your mac is using the M chip, you can download kindle books via the latest kindle for mac and remove drm. But you need to follow this guide: https://www.epubor.com/how-to-remove-kindle-drm-on-mac.html#method0
When I try to download the book, I get an error message saying: "This app is no longer supported. To view this content, a new and improved Kindle for Mac is now available to download from the Mac App Store.
Your books and collections:
Once you download and sign in to the new app, all Kindle books you bought from Amazon will be immediately accessible.
If you are on the latest release (1.40.1 or higher) your collections will be transferred automatically.
