I had to update to the new Kindle App for PC. The new app starts up, asks for my Amazon account details and then just goes away - also disappears from Task Manager. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app on two different machines and it just crashes immediately. Any ideas?
Do you mean you cannot login to Microsoft store kindle App? Please check your computer settings>>system >>about>> then take a screenshot of this page . Go to amazon customer support and send this to them to check whether their kindle app can work on your computer.
