epubor find 17 books. I have many more than that in my Kindle App. I can't find the folder with ALL my books. The folder with the 17 must be an older version of the folder structure from Mac OS X Kindle app?

Thanks for asking. The kindle for mac downloaded books are not supported by Epubor Ultimate. If you have a kindle eink device, please just download your kindle books via it. Then remove drm with Epubor Ultimate by following this guide: https://www.epubor.com/how-to-remove-kindle-drm-on-mac.html
