After removing DRM and converting Kindle books that were downloaded using Kindle for PC to epub, there is no jacket cover for the book. Sometimes the title page appears, sometimes it's the first page of the book itself, sometimes the table of contents; there doesn't seem to be any logic. Any ideas on how to get the jacket covers back would be much appreciated.
