Hi there, today I opened my Kindle for PC app and I was unable to decrypt a book. Something has changed with the software, so I tried downloading the 1.24 version as I have done before, but with no luck. Epubor cannot decrypt correctly, it basically creates a version of the ebook in HTMLZ, which lacks some essential features, such as the index. I tried installing the older version multiple times, both the 1.24 and the 1.17 but nothing changes.

I purchased Epubor Vitalsource downloader. I was trying to convert a textbook into a pdf file, but it failed. There was a output file, in which there is a phrase "Please refresh your browser" with a picture of a robot on all pages. I tried many times, but all failed. Please let me know how to solve this problem.

Hello, it seems that everytime i want to convert a kindle book to pdf, if Kindle DMR is detected, the software freeze and i have to use Windows Task manager to force to kill it. I have other kindle books where DRM is not detected and conversion is flawless. What is the problem?
I bought Epubor Ultimate for converting my Kindle books to epub. It does not work, even nog with the very complicated instructions on your website. I WANT MY MONEY BACK! Ultimate is a fraud.

Calibre's success majorly depends on those varieties of plugin in my personal point of view. No-doubt the Alf's DRM Removal plugins are the super stars among them. But many people are saying the Calibre's interface and user-experience are not that friendly for tech noobs. No mention the plugin installation, which would be another challenge for them.
I think it is good if epubor can do parallel processing.
I think current processor are fast enough to parallel process.
and sometimes it take very long time to process a book.
better to skip it and give a log which we can review later
I want to make sure I’m not paying for epubor ultimate. Back in December I signed up for the free trial version (30 days). I do not remember giving my credit card information (though my memory may be playing tricks on me). I expected the program to stop working after 30 days, but it didn’t. Since this happened 8 months ago, I don’t remember the steps I took to install the program. How can I know if Epubor is charging me for using this program? Everything works just fine, which is highly suspicious. Every time I open it, a window asking for my registration code pops up, but I just close it and use the program. Does this window pops up for those of you who have payed for Epubor? Also, the program (in the configurations part) says that I’m licensed to a free trial. I guess it should have my email there if I had paid for this.
Maybe I’m being paranoid. Help??
I want to be able to edit a pdf file or epub on my kindle and be able to retrieve the edited file on my laptop. So if I highlight sections of a epub or pdf file I can grab those highlighted areas from my laptop to make a "cliffs noted" file from all my highlights. So basically I want to see what I highlighted from a computer as I read from the kindle.
