Epubor updated to v3.0.13.719 and it downgraded kindle to 1.17.0 and now I cant register Kindle app for pc at all. any suggestions?

E-reader began to fail without notice by asking for wifi credentials then showing it was attempting to sync as part of set up through the e-reader was fully functional. I have done the hard re-boot by inserting the pin. I connected it to my computer - it shows it linking and uploading the books and dictionaries. When complete, i try again but the process is still the same - start up process and the indefatigable message something went wrong. No resources on-line have proven to be of any assistance.

I purchased epubor ultimate to get a pdf copy of my kindle purchased ebooks.
I kept as much as possible the older version of kindle for mac (44173) but, having to a new macbook with ventura IOS, it is no longer possible to use that version.
The new one doesn't not allow to retrieve the single ebooks to be dragged and dropped into epubor but I only get a unique file (book_asset.db) and I don't know how to proceed.
Is there any new procedure available to overcome this change/protection?

A few weeks ago a purchased your Audible converter. I understand from Audible that they are changing their download format on 30 June. We I be able to use the program to convert their new format to MP3.

Hello, after converting AAX files to mp3 using "Epubor Audible Converter" v.1.0.10.214 on a Windows 10 PC the sample rate in the output files is constantly 64kbit/s rather than the original 128kbit/s in the AAX file. How can I adjust "Epubor" to not downsample the original 128kbit/s?

Extracted an ebook hoopla file from my phone SD card, which appears to be an OEB file. Trying to get the file into suitable format for Kindle (awz, epub, mobi, etc). The Kindle is not a Fire. Highlighting the files to open in Calibre tries to create 76 separate books! Online forums in past suggested trying Sigil or MobiCreator (which I don't have). Any way in Epubor Ultimate???
I have some e-books that I have decrypted and converted that do not have covers that show the title. Instead they have an image designed to represent a tablet. Others have a generic cover, that seems to build a cover that shows the title and author (default cover?).
How can I replace the first with the second?

The Epubor cannot remove the Nook DRM. The Epubor help tells the user to assure that the Nook user name and password are up to date and refers to a non-existant user setting. Please help. I purchased a lifetime license for the purpose of removing DRM.
