I get a message that says ePubor Ultimate can't be installed on my Windows 10 machine.
The first time I converted audiobooks following your steps and using your software, every book worked fine through chapter 1, but Chapter 2 on were blank. There were variably sized files, but they were blank. The second time I converted, every book was blank and wouldn't even play. I am trying to use MP4 and separate files for each chapter. I'm now trying MP3, which I think is vastly worse, which does not make me happy.

On my Win7 computer I used Nook Study (I've purchased 5 books from B&N store) to download books, but what I newly bought did not show up. I synced again, the same problem.

As of today (Feb 6, 2023), I have one new book (Magic Tides by Ilona Andrews) that gives me this message: Your Kindle app requires an update to view this content. Click here [link] to download and install the free updates (supported OS: Windows 10, Windows 8).
I obviously don't want to do that. Any work arounds?

Hello, I'm really interested in epubor so I downloaded the software to test the product.
I followed each step of the guide, was able to remove the DRM and to open the decrypted ebook.
The txt file says that I can read 20 percent which is okay for a trial version. But unfortunately this is not true, because I can't even read 1 percent of the book, the txt file is pretty much empty and has a 1Ko size...
I tried with an other book, same result.
So in fact I can't try the product at all, and I really want to be able to try it because it seems like an amazing product !
Can you help me in this matter ?

Is anybody else having the issue where there are multiple copies of each chapter in a Mobi conversion of a Kindle book? After decrypting each Kindle book, I convert it to a Mobi file and then upload that Mobi file to calibre. Upon reading, I see at least three copies of the same chapter before I can access the next chapter, OR after reading a few chapters, I then get a repeat of those same three chapters. It's maddening!
Why does epudor ultimate request access to my contacts ?

I’ve been a user of Epubor since 2021. It has worked fine until recently. It crashes right after opening. I deleted the app, downloaded the newest version, and it still crashes. I can give you the cars report if needed. Thanks!

I have a subscription for Epubor Ulimate with License. I have reinstall on my laptop which i factory reset
From inside my Audible.com library, aax files appear to download to my PC, but then the above error is shown and the file is not on my computer. What causes that? Thank you.
