I purchased epubor Ultimate with a one year license for Mac.
When i enter the License email and registration code, it says the code is invalid. I purchased this yesterday.
What do I do?

The KCR Converter of December 2023 1.0.1.92. doesn't show books on the Kindle library sidebar. I do have the licensed version of Epubor Ultimate which does show the Kindle books and can process them easily, but the KCR Converter doesn't show any Kindle books and there is no way to change the default Kindle library path to make sure the kcr files are located in the right Kindle path.
I paid for the license, but it did show me how to download the software.
How do I get a registration code?
i can't find the yellow key. when i install ultimate edition, there is no yellow key in the upper right corner. please help. i certainly want that new upgrade. thank you.

After installing a new version of Epubor (1.01.11.225), I can no longer open any aax. files. The Drag Drop no longer accepts files. I am using OS 10.15.7
(1) Library loan - Oregon Digital Library - Overdrive, Lee Child, Not a Drill. File appears in Downloads directory with a .acsm file extension. (2)Opened the file with authorized Adobe Digital Editions 4.5 which saves the file with an epub file extension in Documents/My Digital Editions. (3) Loaded Epubor Ultimate licensed to josephhmohr@gmail.com (4) Drag and Drop the file to the right side. (5) Get Adept DRM Removal Failed pop up.

I am using Kindle 1.17 on my notebook. however, I have been downloading the files via the USB facility from Amazon so I have them on my computer. I have been using calibre and dedrm for many years but it no longer works. I thought I would try your program and I bought it. However, it also fails to remove the drm. I cannot download the files to my kindle because only the latest version of the kindle for pc will actually downoad the new drm-formatted files.

Epubor Ultimate is no longer opening on my laptop. I’m using Windows 10.
I used Epubor with ,u Mac ever since it came out, however now with CHrome and SOnoma I can't find Kindle on the AMAZON site anymore.
Will the latest Epubor work with the Kindle for sonoma or I need to find something else to read?
