I am using ultimate vers. 3.0.16.225 (says current version) and also using Kindle ver. 2.3.5. I am following all the instructions, but when I drag the book to be converted/decrypted I receive a dialog box that says removing DRM, but it never does; it just sits there. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Hi, I purchased Epubor Ultimate with lifetime license. My computer broke down, and I want to run Epubor Ultimate on my other computer.
So I downloaded and installed. Entered my license key => NoGo (License code can only be used to register in 365 days after being generated, but you can retrieve code here if your license is not expired.

I can go to 2Checkout, no issue to find my purchase, but code is the same as the one I have originally. So how can I do a reinstall after 365 days?

I was trying to convert two new book titles using the instructions provided here (https://www.epubor.com/kindle-converter-user-guide.html#P4). However when I go to download the titles from my Kindle account using the Android Emulator, I got this message:
"Book not available on this app version.
You are using an unsupported version of Kindle for Android. To read this book, please update to the latest version from your preferred Android app store. You can also read your books using a Kindle E-reader, Kindle for Web, or the free kindle app for iOS, Mac, and PC."

I am using a Mac with intel chip.

First of all: Great software!
Usually I let Epubor split my audiobooks in chapters. Unfortunately Epubor leaves the track information in the files empty. It is rather boring to enter this information in 150 files by myself. Is there a way to let Epubor enter this information when it creates the files?
By the way: The program window has a button in the upper right corner called "system Menu".The very first time I clicked it it contained two items, "Languages" and "About". Now there is only "About" remainig. Should that be so? Really no further adjustments?
