Can I remove drm from beletrinadigital.si? I subscribe from this website, but I cannot convert the books from beletrinadigital.si to drm-free epub or pdf. Is there any tool can do this job?

I have both the Epubor Kindle Converter AND Epubor Ultimate. Apparently, sometime around May 15 to 31, Kindle made another change, because newer ebooks WON'T convert to Epub or anything.

epubor detects the books on my Kindle accurately. Program is set to convert to epub
I drag and drop a book, msg comes up saying to wait while DRM is removed 0%. Popup stays there, no progress.
Tried it on multiple books, gave it a lot of time.
Nothing can be done in epubor when this occurs. Only way to exit it is to kill it from Task Manager. Running Windows 10
I ran Epubor today, with Kindle 1.14 to try and download a book I just bought -the download option is greyed out. Another book I bought earlier this week IS available to download on the Kindle App.
Have they got some new DRM ?

Kindle 1.4 does not work with Sonoma and Ultimate does not work with Kindle 7.2. How do I fix?
when I add an azw file, I see a message that drm encryption is being removed, but it never finishes and I never see another message. Is there a dependency that I need to know about, is Norton the problem, or what?
When I drag my Kindle books to the right frame in Epubor Ultimate it says it is decrypting but stays stuck at 0%. I can decrypt one book at a time in Calibre, but prefer to use Epublor as I buy a lot of books for my Kindle. There is no way out of the program at this time other than End Task in Task Manager. Please help. I love how your program was working.
