Where are the epub Library files located?

I bought Ultimate back in 2021. Good software that worked well until last year. I've patiently watched this space since October 2024 and keep seeing "we'll let you know when there is progress." I'm getting the feeling the "lifetime license" I bought has already run its course, as this software has been useless for the past four months. I'm not inclined to purchase a Kindle or a PC to fix a problem I thought was solved by this software you call "Ultimate." So my question for Epubor is simply: "Is this company truly working on a fix, or have us Mac-using lifetime licensees been quietly pushed aside?
I have a kindle book formatted in landscape mode. When converting to pdf, it is converted in portrait mode and half the content is missing. Any way to convert to pdf in landscape mode?

I purchased Epubor today (3/1/2025).
I have a 2023 Macbook running macOS Sequoia 15.3.1, loaded with plenty of HD and RAM. I downloaded Epubor from the email link provided after purchasing, unziped, and attempted to install, and received "Apple could not verify “Ultimate.pkg” is free of malware that may harm your Mac or compromise your privacy" and only gave me two options: "Done" or "Move to Trash."
Please help or refund.

I have both the Epubor Kindle Converter AND Epubor Ultimate. Apparently, sometime around May 15 to 31, Kindle made another change, because newer ebooks WON'T convert to Epub or anything.
What can I do?

The file would show as acsm, but now it shows as epub and will not enter on my ADE screen.

This has been great so far, but now I have a KU book that is just "spinning" in Epubor. Has anyone run into that with Amazon's new encryption?
Hello,
Since running the latest update to Epubor, my antivirus software has been flagging the program as malware and removing it. I've managed set my system to allow Epubor to remain, but when attempting to remove the DRM, from any book since the upgrade, my antivirus software flags this: "KRFKeyExtractor.exe [TR/Crypt.XPACK.Gen]" and the decryption fails. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling Epubor, deleting and re-downloading books. Neither works. This only seems to happen to books downloaded since running the upgrade of Epubor, on 8/14. Is there a way to revert to the previous version of Epubor?
I downloaded Epubor7 for Mac but the installer refuses to open the app whaat to do to convert Kindle books so I can read them with NAC Sequoia?
