With a licensed and registered copy of audible converter, every attempt to convert a book to .mp3 results in "Failed" with no explanation. Why?
Hi, I wanted to try the Hoopla converter to get ebooks onto Kindle. I have successfully used the Everand converter a few times with great success using Android Emulator, but I cannot get the Hoopla converter to show books when I log in on emulator and download books.
I am familiar with Epubor Audible convertor and have a lifetime licience. I wanted to try the kindle app. I downloaded the app to try it out. I cancel the screen that asks to register or buy. The remaining screen does not seem to have any options. The left panel says "no file". The only way I can see to enter a file is to drag the awz file from MyDocuments/kindlecontent. This does not have any effect. Can you advise, what am I doing wrong

I had to change computers. I have my order #, receipt, and my license #. I didn’t know about the new requirement.
Please, send the license to register the program on my newer computer. I have followed the process with no success. I have sent many emails that have not been answered.

I am experiencing difficulty removing the DRM Adept protection from an eBook using Epubor Ultimate version 3.0.16.341, which is currently the latest version. The tool shows the following red message "DRM Adept".
I am able to read the book using Adobe Digital Editions 4.5 without any issues.
Epubor Ultimate is licensed to the email address rosariomartorana@gmail.com.
Could you please assist me in resolving this issue at your earliest convenience?
I have been using the software for a number for years, and I recently upgraded to the latest version; however, when I start the program, it reports:
"Invalid License".
When I enter the previous license, it reports:
"Your license code is incorrect. Would you like to receive the correct one?"
When I select [Yes], I get the prompt:
"The correct license code has been sent to your email."
I have tried this several times, but there is nothing coming in to my email, and nothing in my junk folder.
This has been great so far, but now I have a KU book that is just "spinning" in Epubor. Has anyone run into that with Amazon's new encryption?
According to the online documents, after removing DRM from Kindle, the books are still in .azw format. I'm seeing text files after decrypting. What file format should I see after removing the drm?
I am running Epubor Ultimate licensed to stacey.andrews105@comcast.net version v3.0.16.336. I have downgraded my Kindle to Mac v1.40. I am unable to download my books from this version as it is no longer supported. Is it possible to get clearer instructions that are updated to this year? Those instructions seem quit old.

I have just purchased the Audible Converter for Apple. I converted an audiobook around 500 MB, which took me over 3 hours. I converted it to MP3. Now I am converting another audiobook. I am converting to MP4. It does not feel faster.
Is this the expected time to convert an audiobook or is it only me experiencing such a long time to convert one?

My Ultimate claims to have decrypted 2 ebooks I pulled in from Adobe Digital Editions. (They were borrowed from OverDrive.) I then add them to Calibre for converting to .mobi to send to my Kindle. Calibre gives me a "this is DRM-protected and can't be converted" error. Can you tell me what I'm doing wrong, or is the program not functioning properly?
When using Epubor to convert several audiobooks at a time on my Macbook Pro, I am continually getting error messages that my system has run out of application memory, and yet Epubook appears to only be using 140.5 MB of memory. Can you advise a solution?
After updating the program, it isn’t converting and seems frozen.
How can this be corrected?
