1) version 1,40 of Kindle is not supported and book can not be open. Amazon ask to upgrade to the new version, so this method has to be removed from help support.
2) With Kindle file downloaded from Amazon file, and Serial number of Kindle added to the software, the decrypt does not work.

Hi, I just bought Epubor. I'm pretty satisfied with it converting my books to other portable formats.
But I'm a little disappointed it didn't convert the book's textual summary from Kindle format. The textual summary is very handy to navigate the book's content and, despite all the content is there, I miss him.
It's possible to implement this feature in next versions of the software?

Hi,

I installed the latest version of Epubur on W10, but I would like to install it on an old PC with Windows 7-64 bit that I no longer use, I deleted all the software, only the system ones remained.
The ebooks are in a specific folder.

The program does not start because the files are missing:

api-ms-win-core-path-l1-1-0.dll
and
python311.dll

Is it possible to install it or should I abandon the idea?

I am experiencing difficulty removing the DRM Adept protection from an eBook using Epubor Ultimate version 3.0.16.341, which is currently the latest version. The tool shows the following red message "DRM Adept".
I am able to read the book using Adobe Digital Editions 4.5 without any issues.

Epubor Ultimate is licensed to the email address rosariomartorana@gmail.com.

Could you please assist me in resolving this issue at your earliest convenience?

I have been using the software for a number for years, and I recently upgraded to the latest version; however, when I start the program, it reports:
"Invalid License".

When I enter the previous license, it reports:
"Your license code is incorrect. Would you like to receive the correct one?"

When I select [Yes], I get the prompt:
"The correct license code has been sent to your email."

I have tried this several times, but there is nothing coming in to my email, and nothing in my junk folder.

I entered my regsitration code and got the message - this code can just used within 365 days. But ai should use a link to get a "new" code. I am using Epubor Audible Convertor. Every time I convert a new book or referesh my library, it starts converting every book, including ones that have already been converted. I don't see a delete or stop button to make books already converted to get out of this cycle. Is there something I can do?
