HI, I update from kindle classic to new kindle app. I did this because a message appeared on epubor.
Now eupbor doesn't see the new kindle books that I downloaded.
What can I do?

Can I print hardcopy once converted

I use Epubor Ultimate to convert Kindle books into the ePub format. This worked quite well until recently. I own a KOBO e-reader and do not want to switch to Kindle. Still, I buy the corresponding books on Amazon. New books are in KFX format and can no longer be converted as they used to be. I reinstalled Kindle version 2.4.0 via Epubor, according to Epubor's instructions. Unfortunately, I can no longer download books from my Kindle library. This means transferring the books to Epubor is no longer possible. What am I doing wrong, or is there perhaps no viable solution?

Customer support contacts are not responding, I wrote to emails  support@epubor.com, submitted support ticket and tried live chat, the latter is constantly saying that they will return at 2:30 on the next day.

I have both the Epubor Kindle Converter AND Epubor Ultimate. Apparently, sometime around May 15 to 31, Kindle made another change, because newer ebooks WON'T convert to Epub or anything.
What can I do?

I was wondering if it is possible to use Epubor Ultimate to de-DRM books that belong to different Kindle/Amazon accounts. I have accounts on both amazon.com and amazon.de. Since I have to use different computers (i.e. one physical and an additional virtual machine on that for the second Kindle installation) to be able to download them with the Kindle app I am unsure if I can de-DRM all of them on the physical computer, or if I have to run Epubor on the machine where I run the Kindle app, which would require two Epubor licenses.

Hi, I just bought Epubor. I'm pretty satisfied with it converting my books to other portable formats.
But I'm a little disappointed it didn't convert the book's textual summary from Kindle format. The textual summary is very handy to navigate the book's content and, despite all the content is there, I miss him.
It's possible to implement this feature in next versions of the software?

I just would like to know if there is a way to download Kobo audiobooks that I have purchased?

If this is possible, how do I do it?
