I have proceeded to install the latest version of Kindle PC 2.7, everything OK, I have then reinstalled version 417 of Epubor Ultimate, although the one that apparently is the latest is installed, 435. Well, to my surprise, when decrypting some books, the Kindle Pc application restarts again, the same problem whit PC KIndle 2.4v., in an uncontrolled way, I have to close both through task manager, something absolutely abnormal.

I've been seeing notices that there is an update to the Epubor program. But every time I try to update the program, it closes and then my computer attempts to open a text file. The update doesn't appear to actually run.
I'm currently running v 3.0.16.435. Can you please verify if this is the current version?

I bought the one year subscription for Epubor Ultimate, and it was a big help with a project I am working on. However, it's not the kind of project I expect to ever need to do again. So while I don't want a refund, I also don't want Epubor to take more money next year. Do I need to do something to prevent auto-renew? Or is it an opt in system?
I downloaded the latest version of Epubor and upgraded my Kindle for PC to version 2.7. However epubor still fails to remove the DRM. I get a message the rented books are not supported??????
Does that mean books downloaded under Kindle unlimited? That makes Epubor kind of useless for me!

This morning when I loaded Epubor Ultimate, it was saying I am not longer registered. EVen though I purchased the lifetime membership for it. I tried putting in the correct email and the code that is registered to that email, and it is still refusing it, saying its invalid. What is going on, and how do I fix it?

Yesterday I tried to convert an ebook but it keeps saying "license registration failed due to network connection failure" but I have a working network connection. Re-entering email & license code doesn't work.
after trying to connect my epubor ult. on my pc to a Kindle fire my program no longer works and insists my email and code is invalid.
I have been unsuccessful in downloading some Kindle books. Instead, when this happens, an error message opens that says "Item Not Available for this Device Type" and prompts me to update my Kindle app. However, I have previously been unsuccessful in using Epubor with any Kindle version other than 2.4.0. Has anyone encountered this error and found a workaround?

J,ai acheter sur kindle amazon un livre codé kfx. Ce livre est visible sur mon mac avec l'application kindle et sur mon whitepaper book. Je veux transporter ce livre dans ma bibilotheque Calibre.
Epubor ultimate déclare que ce fichier est endommagé. Je cherche le fichuier mac "my kindle book" et il n'est pas visible.
