I had to replace my mainboard for my PC and now Epubor thinks it’s a new computer so won’t function. I tried to register but says I must deregister on my *old* PC but can’t access since it doesn’t exist. Trying to deregister from the current incarnation using the key icon just takes me to the registration dialog which as noted doesn’t work. How can I untie this knot?
I bought the one year subscription for Epubor Ultimate, and it was a big help with a project I am working on. However, it's not the kind of project I expect to ever need to do again. So while I don't want a refund, I also don't want Epubor to take more money next year. Do I need to do something to prevent auto-renew? Or is it an opt in system?

I update the program then I use it to convert some Kindle Books and it works fine. Its been a couple of weeks since I used it, but now when I try to start it it can't fine it
Kindle converter for Mac does not work. the book shows up when i refresh but when i try to convert to pdf (to remove drm) it says convert failed. I have tried the 2 steps you provide: removing and redownloading and opening it on the android and refreshing again, but it still does not work. please help!

We have a Mac and a Windows computer. I want to be able to use Epubor on both computers but not at the same time.
If I purchase the license on my Windows computer but want to use my Mac, can I switch my license from my PC to my Mac or vice versa?
Will you be coming out with a Graphic Audio converter? I love the books, but they just can't manage to update the app to fix all the bugs. I listen and drive to work, and it randomly stops working. Not good to fiddle with a phone while driving!

My lifetime license is showing as expired.
It would make much more sense to build a converter for Chirp audiobooks that runs on the Android OS, instead of forcing users to jump through flaming hoops and install extra software packages in order to use your software. Are there any plans to produce an Android app to convert Chirp audiobooks?
