Kindle converter stopped working. I get a Conversion Failure screen. I'm using it on Mac with android emulator. It sees the downloaded book but conversion fails. Please help!
I am a long time user- bought my copy back when it was a new thing. I follow the directions to go to person/Tools/ but there is no deregster option on my screen. I have updated it but not to latest version because I knew I was going to a new computer. What do I do?

I have a recent Kobo book which I want to convert to pdf. It is Kobo DRM encrypted. The Epubor error message says all purchased Kobo Books are supported, but the latest version of Epubore failed to convert.

I have lifetime license, running Windows 10, with Avast as my anti-virus. Re-install is simple since my registration info is still there but program disappears daily and there is no indication why.

We have a Mac and a Windows computer. I want to be able to use Epubor on both computers but not at the same time.
If I purchase the license on my Windows computer but want to use my Mac, can I switch my license from my PC to my Mac or vice versa?
I update the program then I use it to convert some Kindle Books and it works fine. Its been a couple of weeks since I used it, but now when I try to start it it can't fine it
I see you have lots of audiobook converter options. May I suggest Graphic Audio. The books are amazing with the full casts. It is just their app for android is so buggy. Thank you
