I purchased the Epub Ultimate software and downloaded to my computer. I purchased a new computer and want to use the software on the new computer. How do I do that?

I had to update to the new Kindle App for PC. The new app starts up, asks for my Amazon account details and then just goes away - also disappears from Task Manager. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app on two different machines and it just crashes immediately. Any ideas?

How are we supposed to use Epubor now if they stopped Kindle for PC?
I see this is a recurring issue ovee the years, new to my experience, will it be addressed shortly by a Epubor update or is there somwthing i need to do please? Thank you

As the title stablishs, can´t make the program to work with the newest version of Kindle for windows 11. Both the app and epubor are up to date, but always fail to decrypt.

My kindle requires that I update to download most recent book purchase.
I tried to download an Ebubor Ultimate update because it stopped being able to de drm Kindle books but now the program wont open when I click the .exe file.
I get "error opening file for writing"
I get the same error when I try again.
I also cannot find my epubor email with my details/codes etc
Installed epubor last version 3.0.16.631, and kindle for desktop from microsoft store, but it still gets kfx error. The method of downgrading the kindle for pc doesn't work anymore, since the app asks for upgrading when older versions are installed.
The new update does not remove DRM from the Windows 11 app. Get KFX error.
With a licensed and registered copy of audible converter, every attempt to convert a book to .mp3 results in "Failed" with no explanation. Why?
In the latest version (using V3.0.16.636) the option to set the kindle directory is not available anymore.
Instead of my whole kindle library the program is only listing 2 books currently.

Latest version of Kindle does not work with your software. Just blew $30 bucks for what? Are you working on a fix??

ich habe im Mai 2026 eine Lizenz für Epubor Ultimate erworben. Möchte das Programm zuhause an meinem Desktop PC nutzen, aber auch auf meinem Notebook, da ich öfter unterwegs bin. Ich kann aber nicht jedes mal die Lizenz deaktivieren um diese dann am anderen Gerät zu nutzen. Welche Möglichkeit besteht? oder muss ich für jedes Gerät die Software neu erwerben?
I'm having issues where Pocketmags Convertor appears not to read the magazine downloaded from LD Player correctly and when I try and convert the book, it's showing as failed. Has anyone got any idea as to what may be happening or what I can do to fix it?

Like the others have said, with the new kindle app released, epubor doesn't work on it, and the older kindle apps don't let you download the books anymore. So Just seeing if there will be an update or if it is being worked on.
