I have requested a refund and have completed the required steps:
1, Run Epubor software, click "Settings" "Tools" "License Manager"  "De-Register";
2, Request refund from our platform 2checkout;
My order is 169478321
I was unable to use your program, will I please be able to get a refund?

Hi,
I bought the DRM removal software today for 44.99, but I am unable to use it to convert my rental Kindle Book, I realized this cannot be resolved as your software does not support converting rentals. therefore, I would like a refund for this software, as it is now of no use to me.

I have not decrypted anything with this software. As I stated it was a rental book which was not successfully decrypted. This product has done nothing for me and l do not intend to pay for this.

I purchased Epubor Ultimate today to remove DRM from a Google Play Books EPUB file. I authenticated Adobe Digital Editions (ADE) with my Adobe ID, ensured the file opens correctly in ADE, and attempted DRM removal multiple times, but it keeps failing. I have followed all troubleshooting steps on your website without success.

If there is a solution, please provide detailed instructions. Otherwise, since the software does not work as expected, I request a full refund.

Dear folks at Epubor,
Since the latest version of Epubor Audible Converter is no longer screen reader accessible I want a refund for my license. How is this exactly working?
The old version I used was still keyboard accessible and one was not forced to use drag&drop which does not work with a screen reader any longer.
