I am trying the Epubor Ultimate 30 day trial with the latest Kobo Desktop app on Windows 10. It shows the list of the Kobo books but I can't drag a book from the right to the main window. I can double-click the book but then I get a window that states 'DRM is removing, please make sure you can read the ebook on your computer at first'. This window never closes. I can read the book through the Kobo app. What am I doing wrong?

Maybe there are too many books that make it process slowly.

I have a lifetime licence fior the Epubor Ultimate but have mislaid the codes. It is attatched to my email. Was trying to convert some epub books to mobi today and I find I cannot as the result above appears and the programme will not close. I removed it and tried to reinstall it which I did but it looks for a licence code which I have not at hand. Please could you assist me. Many thanks Michael O'Byrne
