but every time I try to use the program the license has expired, and now I have retrieved it three times and I'm not able to retrieve any more.
Why does my license expire so often?
I bought Epubor Ultimate on 2019-05-2021.

I made a clean réinstallation of Windows and lose my copy of Epubor Ultimate.
How can I recuperate a copy of Epubor Ultimate?

It's been over a year since I last used ePubor Ultimate, but now I'm having trouble locating where my Kindle downloads, including KU, are located on my Mac.
I've looked here:
/Users/<username>Library/Application Support/Kindle/My Kindle Content
/Users/<username>/Library/Containers/Kindle/Data/Documents
This was recommended on the Apple Community forum but there was no such destination

Searching with DDG doesn't reveal anything new.
Searching using Find Any File doesn't come up with current content.
Any information that leads to my current Amazon downloads would be greatly appreciated.

Tried to download a book I purchased via the Kindle 2.4.0 version. This version now does not work with all books. Some of my recent purchases I could download and then use Epubor but 2 of them would not download. Got error of "Item not available for this device type. Your Kindle app requires an update to view this content. Click here to download and install the free update"
Is there a more recent version above Kindle 2.4.0 that will work with Epubor or is a NEW workaround found? The workarounds I reviewed in the help area are aimed at older past issues.

I have converted a book purchased via ebooks.com, loaded into my Adobe Digital Editions app, and then put it through epubor Ultimate v3.0.13.120. However, when I try to add this book to my Calibre 7.4.0 bookshelf, Calibre tells me this book is DRM protected.
This is the first time I have had a problem. Have been using your product for many years now. The book is readable within ADE, but not Calibre it seems.
Can you help. I am using a MacBook V14.2.1

When adding Google play books to a Kindle Paperwhite 2021, books show up but an error message pops up when trying to open. I tried both AZW3 and Mobi, using Epubor Ultimate, and then sideloaded the file to Kindle.
Error: An error occurred. If you purchased this item from Amazon, remove the downloaded item and download it from the Cloud.
I've downloaded the free trial software and have decrypted an ePub file. I know it only decrpts 20% of the book, and I can preview it on a webpage.
How do I convert it to MOBI so I can load it on my Kindle and view how the software works?
I'm not adverse to purchasing the full version, but I'd like to see how it works first.

I followed each step of the guide, was able to remove the DRM and to open the decrypted ebook.
The txt file says that I can read 20 percent which is okay for a trial version. But unfortunately this is not true, because I can't even read 1 percent of the book, the txt file is pretty much empty and has a 1Ko size...
I tried with an other book, same result.
So in fact I can't try the product at all, and I really want to be able to try it because it seems like an amazing product !

As of today (Feb 6, 2023), I have one new book (Magic Tides by Ilona Andrews) that gives me this message: Your Kindle app requires an update to view this content. Click here [link] to download and install the free updates (supported OS: Windows 10, Windows 8).
I obviously don't want to do that. Any work arounds?
I can't find a way to convert the entire book into a text file, even though without the license you can do that for 20% of the book.
Is there an option for that somewhere that I'm missing, or can you at least add it? I really want to do that for 100% of the book.
I have a number (about 20) old PDB eBooks from my Palm days. Some of them were DRM protected (but I thought I had stripped them for portability a long time ago, I guess not), and I'm getting error messages when attempting to convert. I don't know if PDB is not supported (PRC is on the list, and there was some overlap), or if it's the old DRM (I probably have my key in a file somewhere, it would have been a very old credit card!).
It it's not supported, any suggestions?

I've tried a number of ways to get DRM removed from NOOK books. all unsuccessful. (epubor ultimate, calibre/deDRM)
no luck. Has anyone been successful in making this work in 2019? it seems changes were made at end of 2018 to make this more difficult.
If your software can do this, I will be purchasing it. I was attempting this with Trial copy. if I need a license to make this work, please let me know...jpal
