I was looking to test the epubor product by converting an .aax file to mp3. It only converted 10 minutes, which is understandable under a free trial basis. However, I need to know how it will parse a 10 hour audio book .aax. Will it break it up into 10 minute segments? Will it break it up into chapters as audible does? What??

why is it only converting the first ten minutes of the audio file .aax into mp3?
I've downloaded an audiobook from Audible and used ePubor program to convert it to mp3.
I've used it to convert more than 10 files including parts 1 and 2 of this book.
Program goes through process of converting... 1%... 2%... etc, etc.... does it's "finished" routine and opens up the destination folder...
only the file is 0 bytes

Nextory is very similar to Storytel. They both have ebooks and audiobook. I see you have a tool to convert storytel ebooks and audiobooks. Do you have any tool to remove drm from nextory or convert nextory books?

The first time I converted audiobooks following your steps and using your software, every book worked fine through chapter 1, but Chapter 2 on were blank. There were variably sized files, but they were blank. The second time I converted, every book was blank and wouldn't even play. I am trying to use MP4 and separate files for each chapter. I'm now trying MP3, which I think is vastly worse, which does not make me happy.
Audible recently announced they will be moving all audio download to enhanced, high-quality audio format only instead of format 4. Will this new format be supported by Epubor Audible Converter?
