E-reader began to fail without notice by asking for wifi credentials then showing it was attempting to sync as part of set up through the e-reader was fully functional. It then displays a message "Something went wrong...please try again". It repeats this process each time we turn it on and treat the wifi login.
I have done the hard re-boot by inserting the pin. I connected it to my computer - it shows it linking and uploading the books and dictionaries. When complete, i try again but the process is still the same - start up process and the indefatigable message something went wrong. No resources on-line have proven to be of any assistance.

This $25 product is useless.

It destroys the original Kindle ebook formatting completely. I'm so upset! This makes reading converted books absolutely USELESS to me!!

This is WORTHLESS! No Italic, no Bold, no line indentation... Do you people not understand how critical these things are to reading poetry and prose!?

Just purchased Epubor on the basis it concerts ALL Kindle books as advertised however it clearly doesn't.

Your fix on the website has several issues. Firstly even just finding an older version of Kindle Reader for PC that works is impossible. Do you have working link to an older version. Using the method you suggest can in fact be done completely free of charge using Calibre.

Attempted to start a Live Chat nearly a hour ago but still waiting.

Can you advise if this issue will be fixed or have I have I just wasted £48 on software that doesn't work?

Nothing syncs with Kindle for Mac or Kindle cloud open and books completely downloaded. There are no prompts and nowhere to manually upload the files or redirect the files.

I'm currently using v1.0.19.617. When I click the update button in the program to update to the current version, I get the following message: "An error occurred during the download, please check the network and directory"

The program is currently located in C:\Program Files (x86)\Epubor\AllDRMRemoval and I'm not clear on what network is referred to.

Any suggestions on how to complete the update?

I batch deDrm'd nook books and only some of them were successful. Others said they weren't downloaded completely, but I don't know what that means. I downloaded them on the nook app, so how much further can I download them?

Also, the ones that WERE successful, I can't seem to open them in different programs now, specifically Calibre. Is this software attempting to make you use their eReader to view the books after conversion?

After the conversion is complete, only the name of the book is given. How can I change it so that the name of the book is followed by the name of the author? I am using the ultimate version. thank you.

I used the trial version, I understand only parts of the book are converted (Kobo epub format). However, I found that the cover page and content indexes (with links) are missing also. How can I make sure the formal version can convert the book completely?

When converting multiple books sometimes the program wont find the metadeta of the book and will label it as test. If you have more than one of these labeled "test" then only one of them will export after the conversion completes. How do you fix this?

Hi, I have tried to convert a couple of Kindle downloads to epub in with my Epubor Ultimate for Mac trial. The converted epub files only contain two pages for each book I have converted and the pages are random and incomplete. Is this normal? I am looking forward to purchasing the licensed version but the sample conversions don't instill much confidence given the unusual output. Please advise.
