I was trying to retrieve my license and it stated that I need to deregister some of my devices. I can not remember how to do that.
Just got a new PC, I cant licence because I need to deregister on my old PC, I cant see how to dergister I have uninstalled but that doesn't help.

I have a lifetime licence for epubor ultimate, bought in 2021, I deregistered on old computer, dowmloaded epubor, generated new licence code and message was "registration code not compatible with this software version"
Can I deregister Ultimate (1 PC Lifetime) on my computer, then register it on 2nd computer?
Can I then deregister it on 2nd computer, then register it again on the first computer? I believe I can.
Ultimate is installed on windows 7 computer
Nook no longer supports windows 7 computers.
Goal is all ebooks on windows 7 computer and DRM removed.

They have placed the deregistration button on the main screen and on my PC it is very close to the user center. I have twice now deregistered my app by mistake - always able to reregister but it is a hassle.

I had to replace my mainboard for my PC and now Epubor thinks it’s a new computer so won’t function. I tried to register but says I must deregister on my *old* PC but can’t access since it doesn’t exist. Trying to deregister from the current incarnation using the key icon just takes me to the registration dialog which as noted doesn’t work. How can I untie this knot?
