I download DRM removal for free trial and want to decrypt some EPUB files, when I drag them to the software, most of them are decrypted, but only the rest one failed and I get the error message "your book is protected by a kind of DRM we do not support".
It's strange. I can read all of them via Adobe Digital Editions. Anyone knows how to fix this problem?

Sometimes we facing: Removing Kindle DRM take forever. and No Skip option.
we need to pres ESC and start again.
It is better if Epubor Ultimate can skip it and give report which ones is failed. or put on failed folder.
I was told to use Nook Study to remove the DRM, and I did succeeded by this method for some time. But I'm frustrated that I failed yesterday!
Does Epubor have some suggestions?

Select books from left window. Drag to main window. Get error dialogue showing all books failed. Close dialogue, delete all files from main window, remove files from Kindle, re-download files, drag to main window again, get same error dialogue. Rinse, Repeat.
How can I get to the point where I can remove DRM from my Kindle books?
it means that your program is not suitable for Kobo ebooks?

I just had to install Epubor Ultimate v3.0.16.317 on a different Macintosh since my previous machine died... I used the lifetime subscription key that you had sent me in 2017 to register on the new machine.
I follow that same procedure as usual:
(1) load the .acsm library book to Adobe Digital Editions;
(2) verify that I can read the book in Adobe Digital Editions;
(3) Drag the book from the left window to the right window in Ulitmate...
=> the I get a window that "Adept DRM removal failed!"
(1) Library loan - Oregon Digital Library - Overdrive, Lee Child, Not a Drill. File appears in Downloads directory with a .acsm file extension. (2)Opened the file with authorized Adobe Digital Editions 4.5 which saves the file with an epub file extension in Documents/My Digital Editions. (3) Loaded Epubor Ultimate licensed to josephhmohr@gmail.com (4) Drag and Drop the file to the right side. (5) Get Adept DRM Removal Failed pop up.

Objective was to make the book compatible with my Kindle. Do not want to read it on my laptop using Adobe Digital Editions.
Shall I return the book and give up?
I have a recent Kobo book which I want to convert to pdf. It is Kobo DRM encrypted. The Epubor error message says all purchased Kobo Books are supported, but the latest version of Epubore failed to convert.
Can you help please?
