I have bought Epubor Ultimate for Mac and It doesn't work.I read later that I should buy KCR converter, but on its website it does not clearly state that it does not work in catalina. If i download and install KCR converter, my question is: Can I use the same purchase license? It really works in Catalina? If Epubor Ultimate doesn't work for me, could you return the money to buy the other software??

It's been over a year since I last used ePubor Ultimate, but now I'm having trouble locating where my Kindle downloads, including KU, are located on my Mac.

I've looked here:

/Users/<username>Library/Application Support/Kindle/My Kindle Content
/Users/<username>/Library/Containers/Kindle/Data/Documents

This was recommended on the Apple Community forum but there was no such destination
/Users/<username>/Library/Containers/com.amazon.Kindle/Data/Library/Application Support/Kindle/My Kindle Content/

Searching with DDG doesn't reveal anything new.
Searching using Find Any File doesn't come up with current content.

Any information that leads to my current Amazon downloads would be greatly appreciated.

epubor is not detecting my kobo or kindle I have tried three different kobo and one kindle on my Mac I even downloaded the trial and tried a kobo on my PC no luck with anything Epubor just does not recognize I have a reader plugged in. my computer does recognize each device in the file system so I know they are working its just Epubor.

Purchased the software yesterday 13April16 & it just locks up everytime I move a Kobo book over to remove DRM for conversion to Kindle Whitepaper. I'm using OS X El Capitan on my MacBook Air. I'm usually pretty good at figuring these things out but I'm at a loss with this one. Please advise.

Hello,
I purchased epubor ultimate to get a pdf copy of my kindle purchased ebooks.
I kept as much as possible the older version of kindle for mac (44173) but, having to a new macbook with ventura IOS, it is no longer possible to use that version.
The new one doesn't not allow to retrieve the single ebooks to be dragged and dropped into epubor but I only get a unique file (book_asset.db) and I don't know how to proceed.
Is there any new procedure available to overcome this change/protection?

I’m using pc at present but want to change to Apple Mac in the future.
Once I stop using pc am I able to download and install epubor ultimate on the Mac and use the same registration code.

I have been successfully using epubor ultimate to remove drm on kindle e books I purchase and then store them in Calibre. Suddenly for no apparent reason epubor ultimate stopped working and pointed me to a site to download the app. I did this but I cannot load it on my Mac. I have a brand new MacBook Air M1 and I do habe Epubor ultimate but I can't convert a kindle ebook to pdf because I also can't get the old kindle version 1.23 anymore cause the new Mac OS Big Sure does not support this old version, so now I can just and only download the newest kindle version 1.30.....

How do I fix this problem? Epubor said it would be able to convert a dam lock to a pdf.....

Epubor Ultimate has crashed immediately a few seconds after launch on my M1 Mac with Monterey for the past couple months. I don't know what has changed on my end. I've tried deleting and reinstalling the app, but it still won't launch without crashing. Is there anything I can do? I paid for this software and would like to be able to use it!

I can seem to download Epubor to my mac - it says
“Ultimate.pkg” cannot be opened because it is from an unidentified developer.

Mac cannot verify that this app is free of malware.

10th gen Kindle touch.  I just tried the 1st option from you tutorial on how to remove DRM Kindle  (LINK: https://epubor.com/3-ways-to-remove-drm-from-kindle-books.html).  I have been using Calibre for some time. Ver 3.43.0.0.  It did "not" work. Then I saw this at the bottom of page:  Update: (Due to a change in DRM) Calibre DeDRM plugins will no longer work with Kindle for PC/Mac version 1.25 or newer or with Kindle firmware 5.10.2 or newer.
Then this:
You will find that after downloading kindle books to computer via Kindle for PC 1.25, it's likely that we can't remove DRM from those books.
  SHUCKS!
Does this mean that none of the three tutorials will work?

I have some software that requires 10.5. Thanks. I looked everywhere but couldn't find. When I bought Epubor I tried it on another Mac with 10.5 and it would not work.

Transfer ebook to Epubor -- 2/4/2019 7:45:54 AM

Hello, the NOOK device has been connected to my MAC OS (Mojave). When I navigate to Finder and select the NOOK and then select the books folder - it is empty as in not showing anything. I am unable to transfer the files (books ) into the Epubor app.
Aslo, the books are not visible in the app. It seems that the app is not automatically detecting the device even though the device is showing in Finder.
