I can read the PDF in ADE, but I cannot decrypt it with the software:

What can I do to decrypt my PDF files?
I'm attempting to install the DRM tool into Calibre 5.26, running Windows 10. I receive a syntax error on line 95.

Sign in fails on 1.17 Kindle Windows .
Therefore one cannot sync - download the ebooks from amazon in the first place to be able to convert them.
Sign in fails because even with valid username and password, v1.17 says invalid username or phone number.

I recently aquired a MAC license for epubor ultimate. Unfortunately for me, due to unforseen circumstances I had to switch to a Windows machine.
Is there any way I can convert my MAC license to a windows license? As in, invalidate my MAC license and I would get a new license for a Windows system?

I purchased epubor Ultimate with a one year license for Mac.
When i enter the License email and registration code, it says the code is invalid. I purchased this yesterday.
What do I do?
I have been using the software for a number for years, and I recently upgraded to the latest version; however, when I start the program, it reports:
"Invalid License".
When I enter the previous license, it reports:
"Your license code is incorrect. Would you like to receive the correct one?"
When I select [Yes], I get the prompt:
"The correct license code has been sent to your email."
I have tried this several times, but there is nothing coming in to my email, and nothing in my junk folder.
