KCR Converter worked fine initially and then the cloud / local menu at the top went away now you cannot download/pin an ebook

I am an Epubor Ultimate owner, but I see you have a new program called Epubor KCR Converter. What is that program all about? Can I get the same functions in Epubor Ultimate?

It seems that Amazon changed the Kindle on-line interface, not alowing to pin the books anymore. Are you working in a solution for this? My subscription os Kindle is going to expite soon... Good luck for us all. I'm looking for a position about this problem from you. Thanks and best regards.

I have bought Epubor Ultimate for Mac and It doesn't work.I read later that I should buy KCR converter, but on its website it does not clearly state that it does not work in catalina. If i download and install KCR converter, my question is: Can I use the same purchase license? It really works in Catalina? If Epubor Ultimate doesn't work for me, could you return the money to buy the other software??

Long time user of Epubor ultimate. Since Kindle 1.24 stopped working after upgrade to Catalina, moved to KCR converter. But have noticed that Kindle books converted to epub using KCR are slow. And also have low quality covers.  Is there any way to just de-drm using KCR and then convert them to epub using ultimate?    

I am using the trial version of KCR Converter and it works well for what I need. Does the Full Version have the ability to delete files after I have converted them. Thanks for your help.

I can't get Epubor KCR to work with Kindle Cloud Reader now. It looks like Amazon removed the ability to download kindle books. There is no button for downloads and nothing happens when I right-click the book cover in Kindle Cloud Reader. When I open a book, it doesn't download because epubor KCR doesn't see any books. Can this be made to work? Epubor KCR only works with Kindle Cloud Reader. I am using Chrome.

Usually everything works fine. But now no book appears in the application, while the book is loaded on Kindle reader (Chrome) and I refreshed the pages...

I'm trying to upgrade running kcr-converter.pkg.  OS is locked down and doesn't recognize epubor as a developer.  won't let me upgrade.  Help

I want to remove DRM on a book I bought from Amazon and when trying to do so with ePubor Ultimate I get a message stating that DRM Removal is not suported with rented books.
Is there something I am doing wrong.
I was using KCR Converter before, but it is not working anymore.

Just got an email about a "KCR" version of Epubor.  Does "Ultimate" mean "just another version that will be obsolete, as we rename the next version and make you pay for it all over again?"

In the past I have gotten kindle books converted by epubor kcr converter by finding the books in my kindle library, opening kindle cloud reader, and using "download and pin." (Using Chrome on a Mac). But this no longer seems to work. The latest iteration of Kindle Cloud Reader no longer has a download and pin function, so I cannot find a way to get epubor kcr converter to even access the books. Is there a solution for this?

Your software doesn't work on kindle KCR files. I tried it. I have mac 10.14.6 and kindle for mac 1.23. Please don't falsely advertise and waste people's time.

Hi. I tried to make contact with your team for multiple times through the live chat function regarding the new Kindle update issues but have not received any reply yet. It seems that the epubor KCR converter can no longer be used because amazon deployed a new decryption protocol. Considering that I purchased the epubor KCR converter before (as my macbook is on macOS Catalina), if there is no alternative that I can decrypt ebooks using the KCR converter, would it be possible that I can get a discount or a free trial version of the Epubor Ultimate (I''m not sure if it works for me at the moment)? I urgently want to convert a few books so I would like to receive your feedback as soon as possible. Thank you very much in advance.

Hi I have epubor-kcr-convertor on a mac with os 10.15.4. I can use kindle cloud reader on the Brave and Vivaldi browser, but if I download book epubor doesn't see them, it only sees book downloaded via chrome. Can I change this ?
