hi i purchased a book and send it to my kindle desktop 1.32 and its not letting it download getting error: "item not available for the device type" your kindle app requires an update to view this content... and if i update the kindle app and download it wont convert on epubor ultimate and it will stay stuck on drm removal. what can i do?
What do I need to do to fix this?
