I have Windows 10. I bought Epubor Ultimate. It told me I had to install an earlier version of the Kindle App. With Epubor's assitance, it downloaded and installed Kindle version 1.24.51068. The app works fine UNTIL I go to register it with Amazon. It just loops the login screen over and over nonstop. The reload is so fast I can't even type a single letter.
Suggestions? This software is useless to me unless I can get to my Kindle books I've purchased.
It's been over a year since I last used ePubor Ultimate, but now I'm having trouble locating where my Kindle downloads, including KU, are located on my Mac.
I've looked here:
/Users/<username>Library/Application Support/Kindle/My Kindle Content
/Users/<username>/Library/Containers/Kindle/Data/Documents
This was recommended on the Apple Community forum but there was no such destination
/Users/<username>/Library/Containers/com.amazon.Kindle/Data/Library/Application Support/Kindle/My Kindle Content/
Searching with DDG doesn't reveal anything new.
Searching using Find Any File doesn't come up with current content.
Any information that leads to my current Amazon downloads would be greatly appreciated.

Some of the latest Kindle books will not even load with Kindle Version 1.24. They throw an error and say to download the latest version.
Any workarounds?
I purchased epubor ultimate to get a pdf copy of my kindle purchased ebooks.
I kept as much as possible the older version of kindle for mac (44173) but, having to a new macbook with ventura IOS, it is no longer possible to use that version.
The new one doesn't not allow to retrieve the single ebooks to be dragged and dropped into epubor but I only get a unique file (book_asset.db) and I don't know how to proceed.
Is there any new procedure available to overcome this change/protection?

I have a brand new MacBook Air M1 and I do habe Epubor ultimate but I can't convert a kindle ebook to pdf because I also can't get the old kindle version 1.23 anymore cause the new Mac OS Big Sure does not support this old version, so now I can just and only download the newest kindle version 1.30.....
How do I fix this problem? Epubor said it would be able to convert a dam lock to a pdf.....
Help please cause I paid the full ultimate version

After downloading and installing an older Kindle version I tried to use the epubor ultimate.
I converted the file to epub. it contains only the Information that there is only 20% converted but not even 1% of the text.
What can I do?
I have only recently purchased you product.
I have converted books from Kindle to EPUB (last date appears to have been May 2, 2022. I got some new books today which have had the DRM removed perfectly but they have saved as AZW or AZW3 rather than EPUB which is what I have set as my default.
My preferred book reader on iOS is Marvin and it requires EPUB, which is why I bought your software in the first place.
My PC Kindle version is 1.32 and Epubor Ultimate is the current version.
Unfortunately I got an error message from within the Kindle saying that the book doesn't support this older Kindle version.
So is this the next step in the war? Are we stuck again without any way of conversion?
Amazon continues to change the rules and as of Feb 26, 2025, it will no longer be possible to download kindle titles to make non-kindle versions of texts. There are apparently new 'hardened' security features. I can confirm that the Epubor Ultimate I purchased today is NOT working to find or convert these files.
Is there any workaround using Epubor Ultimate to get kindle-free e-texts from our titles?
