I have a license for Epubor Ultimate, but I cannot convert Kindle books anymore. Following the instructions on your website I downloaded KCR converter, and tried my license number for Epubor Ultimate. This did not work, or do I have to buy an additional licens to get Epubor Ultimate working again with the new Kindle content?

I'm using Kindle 1.17; I can't download a recently purchased kindle. When I attempt to download, the following message is displayed:
Item not available for this device type
“Your Kindle app requires an update to view this content, Click here to download and install the free update (supported OS: Windows 10, Windows 8)
on my Mac.
It's been over a year since I last used ePubor Ultimate, but now I'm having trouble locating where my Kindle downloads, including KU, are located on my Mac.
I've looked here:
/Users/<username>Library/Application Support/Kindle/My Kindle Content
/Users/<username>/Library/Containers/Kindle/Data/Documents
This was recommended on the Apple Community forum but there was no such destination
/Users/<username>/Library/Containers/com.amazon.Kindle/Data/Library/Application Support/Kindle/My Kindle Content/
Searching with DDG doesn't reveal anything new.
Searching using Find Any File doesn't come up with current content.
Any information that leads to my current Amazon downloads would be greatly appreciated.

Right now Epubor doesn't support Kindle for PC 1.39 yet Amazon is requiring it to download books.
What are your update plans to keep up with Amazon's new versions?

Since Amazon's removal of downloading ebooks, I have been able to keep my Windows Kindle program at version 2.4.0 and been successful at downloading my new purchases.
But today, I was unable to download a new book - Pressfield's "A Man at Arms" with the foll error:
"Item not available for this device type. Your Kindle app requires an update to view this content. Click here to download and install the free update."
It appears we may not be able to download some books with 2.4.0. Do you have a version of Ultimate that will work with a newer Kindle program yet? I'm using Ultimate 3.0.16.105.

while downloading certain books in Windows for PC the following message comes.

Some of the latest Kindle books will not even load with Kindle Version 1.24. They throw an error and say to download the latest version.
Any workarounds?
When I visit the Kindle Cloud Reader on Chrome or Edge, sign in, and open a book, I am not seeing the download process on the bottom right hand of the screen as indicated by the video.
Please advise.
Tried to download a book I purchased via the Kindle 2.4.0 version. This version now does not work with all books. Some of my recent purchases I could download and then use Epubor but 2 of them would not download. Got error of "Item not available for this device type. Your Kindle app requires an update to view this content. Click here to download and install the free update"
Is there a more recent version above Kindle 2.4.0 that will work with Epubor or is a NEW workaround found? The workarounds I reviewed in the help area are aimed at older past issues.

My Kindle for PC was automatically upgraded to version 2.8.3. I downloaded the epubor software and it does not seem to recognize newly downloaded Kindle books.
Is there any way to download or find the Kindle for PC Version 2.8.2 software? The link on epubor takes me to the Amazon link where you cannot find older versions.
I have installed LDPLayer 9, the Kindle 4.16 apk and have successfully downloaded Kindle books. I found them in the LDPlayer storage at: emulated,0,Android,data,com.amazon.kindle,Files
Kindle Converter isn't displaying the books in the left hand pain. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling all 3 items LDPlayer, Kindle 4.16 and Kindle Converter but it still isn't picking up the books. Any suggestions - Kindle Converter doesn't indicate where it is looking for books.
