It seems that Amazon changed the Kindle on-line interface, not alowing to pin the books anymore. Are you working in a solution for this? My subscription os Kindle is going to expite soon... Good luck for us all. I'm looking for a position about this problem from you. Thanks and best regards.

I can't get Epubor KCR to work with Kindle Cloud Reader now. It looks like Amazon removed the ability to download kindle books. There is no button for downloads and nothing happens when I right-click the book cover in Kindle Cloud Reader. When I open a book, it doesn't download because epubor KCR doesn't see any books. Can this be made to work? Epubor KCR only works with Kindle Cloud Reader. I am using Chrome.
I tried to decrypt a Kindle book and the decrypted folder is only showing it as an .azw file. What am I doing wrong??
I have been successfully using epubor ultimate to remove drm on kindle e books I purchase and then store them in Calibre. Suddenly for no apparent reason epubor ultimate stopped working and pointed me to a site to download the app. I did this but I cannot load it on my Mac. How do I get to once again remove the drm on kindle e books I have purchased
I tried downloading the trial version to see if it could convert my DRM'd ibooks to kindle mobi format but it refuses to open my epub files.
I want to remove DRM on a book I bought from Amazon and when trying to do so with ePubor Ultimate I get a message stating that DRM Removal is not suported with rented books.
Is there something I am doing wrong.

Epubor not recognizing EBOK files
I brought a licence so I can fully convert an Kindle book into a PDF, however when I do this the output is corrupted. All I now get is the front cover and all the text is randomly scattered throughout the pages.
When I only had a trail version it did convert it properly but only the first 60 pages.
Why is it now not working?

I have converted a book purchased via ebooks.com, loaded into my Adobe Digital Editions app, and then put it through epubor Ultimate v3.0.13.120. However, when I try to add this book to my Calibre 7.4.0 bookshelf, Calibre tells me this book is DRM protected.
This is the first time I have had a problem. Have been using your product for many years now. The book is readable within ADE, but not Calibre it seems.
Can you help. I am using a MacBook V14.2.1

Hi all, let me start with saying that I use Epubor for more then a year now and never had any problems with it. It does what it promises and in hardly any time. So props to you guys ^^.
This week I have noticed a problem though. How it used to work: When I got my m4b file it was chapterized. Chapter one would be the prologue, chapter 2 would be the books first chapter and so on. But now when my files get chapterized arbitrarily. Every chapter in the m4b file is about 1h and 10 min long. and doesn't sync up with the chapters in the books. I have this issue with all my wheel of time books. I don't know why. Hopefully you guys can help me ^^.

Version 3.0.15.1211 works fine with kindle azw3 files that I downloaded a few months ago, but not with kindle azw3 files that I currently download.
Using the desktop version of Kobo and Epubor Ultimate, so far, there is one author that I can get Epubor to do anything with. When I look at the "decrypted file" it shows as an epub, but it is just gibberish. The chapters are showing just fine, however. Anyone have a cure for that? Thanks.
Epubor not recognizing my Kindle downloads so I removed Kindle program and dowloaded version 1.24. Now nothing works and I cannot download my kindle book a second time. I am not able to ddrm my purchase.
I installed DeDRM_tools_7.2.1 and want to convert one book in calibre into MOBI. I get the error message "conversion not possible - this book is locked by DRM". It seems, that the plugin is not working.
Could you help - please.

I have been through all the options at https://www.epubor.com/how-to-deal-with-the-new-kindle-update.html none of these are working. Option #1 needs version 1.32, however to open a book on Kindle for PC you now need 1.40. There is no option in kindle unlimted to download the book to USB, so solution #3 is also not an option. Any ideas?
