I also recently purchased Vitalsource downloader and it no longer works, can I get a refund, or a license for another similar program?

I was unable to use your program, will I please be able to get a refund?
I just purchased Epubor and now the program won't open Kindle books.  In my Kindle folder, I see EBOK.mvpV2, and EBOK.phl.  Any help with this?  If I can't use Epubor, I'd like a refund.

I ordered a license for audible convertor (****09416) and you have not supplied the licence. On your website I have requested that you resend the licence 6 times. I have raised two support tickets and several chats and emailed support and you have not responded to any of my attempts to contact you. Please either send the key within the next two hours or refund the payment. Thank you.

I accidentally purchased epubor Ultimate when all I wanted was epubor audible.  I can't find any information on how to return for refund what I don't need.

You have asked me to upload the audible file to google drive and send you the link - this does not seem to be a very secure method for me to use.
I have requested that you send me a link to an alternative google drive (not my own) that I could use but have not heard back from you.
Please advise how I should proceed.

I have requested a refund via 2Checkout as per your refund policy (https://www.epubor.com/refund-policy.html), however, they claim that they cannot deal with it and I need to contact Epubor directly. Please provide a direct email address for urgent action.

I bought this program a yesterday, but have found that it doesn't work.

I was unable to try before buying to test the software, I could only buy first with the option of applying for a refund within seven days.

I immediately applied for a refund and would like to know when this will be processed.

Why will Epubor not install to my Mac --

I purchased Epubor today (3/1/2025).

I have a 2023 Macbook running macOS Sequoia 15.3.1, loaded with plenty of HD and RAM. I downloaded Epubor from the email link provided after purchasing, unziped, and attempted to install, and received "Apple could not verify “Ultimate.pkg” is free of malware that may harm your Mac or compromise your privacy" and only gave me two options: "Done" or "Move to Trash."

Please help or refund.

I have just paid anew for the latest version of equbor because when I tried removing the DRM from a recently purchased kindle ebook, when I dragged the book into the 'dropbox'a progress bar opened but never moved.
Once I had replaced the program, paid for it and registered it, I tried dropping that same book into the 'dropbox'. The progress bar appeared and........
Nothing happened AGAIN.
I then tried the last book I had removed the DRM from on the previous equbor version I used back in 2022. AGAIN progress bar appears and nothing else happens.

There was no problem with the registration. And clearly since it does not work, even on an ebook the old version worked on 3 years ago, there is something seriously wrong with the software.

I look forward to you providing a workaround or a full refund.

I have a problem with the product not converting kfx files - as a result it's useless to me and as such I want the support team to refund my purchase costs - how long do I have to wait for a reply?

I would like a refund on the order I made today with the email above.
I bought the one year subscription for Epubor Ultimate, and it was a big help with a project I am working on.  However, it's not the kind of project I expect to ever need to do again.  So while I don't want a refund, I also don't want Epubor to take more money next year.  Do I need to do something to prevent auto-renew?  Or is it an opt in system?
Just renewed, but Kobo is still no go --
If epubor no longer works for Kobo books (purchased, and synced through Kobo desktop), can I get a refund? I just purchased a new license today. Thank you
