I have installed the software on Mac, and there are something wrong with it. I want to uninstall and reinstall it to solve the problem. But how can I uninstall the software? I'm not very good at Mac. Please help.
I need help reinstalling Epubor Ultimate on my laptop, that is now running Windows 10. The Program will not work after the update to windows 10. I tried updating the version of Epubor Ultimate that I was running both through the program itself and through the link on the website.

Since last week, epubor was failing at converting my files so I found an update. But now it's even worse, epubor won't even open. I deleted the app, downloaded it again, reinstalled it. Same thing. The app won't open anymore.
Epubor Ultimate has crashed immediately a few seconds after launch on my M1 Mac with Monterey for the past couple months. I don't know what has changed on my end. I've tried deleting and reinstalling the app, but it still won't launch without crashing. Is there anything I can do? I paid for this software and would like to be able to use it!

Kindle Converter isn't displaying the books in the left hand pain. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling all 3 items LDPlayer, Kindle 4.16 and Kindle Converter but it still isn't picking up the books. Any suggestions - Kindle Converter doesn't indicate where it is looking for books.

I just purchased the audible converter a few days ago and was able to convert two books, I tried again last night and all I get is failed, I did the exact same thing loaded the book into the program, checked the split by chapters then hit the convert to mp3 button.

Despite my uninstalling and reinstalling this software more than once, books I have already downloaded, converted, and then deleted from my hard drive still appear in the software window for conversion. In addition, I cannot add any new books. No newly downloaded book appear in the software window.

Imy old Epubor Will still handle Audible's new (MP4) format. I like the look of the new version with the ability to divide the files up into chapters. Downloaded it, gave it an MP4 file to chew on and it looked up. I saw none of the promised functionality. For now, I've reinstalled the old version. However, I'm keen on chapter function, my experience seems to point to a problem or two.

I installed your latest software, it asked that I downgrade the installed kindle software to 1.32. I did that and could not download any kindle books. The kindle software crashed then when I restarted it automatically updated to version 1.39.xx When I try and use the software I get an error stating that the kindle KFX files could not be converted and that I had to reinstall a lower version of kindle.
Are you going to fix this issue? I cannot install Kindle 1.32 as it auto upgrades, even with the checkbox unticked for checking for new version.

Since running the latest update to Epubor, my antivirus software has been flagging the program as malware and removing it. I've managed set my system to allow Epubor to remain, but when attempting to remove the DRM, from any book since the upgrade, my antivirus software flags this: "KRFKeyExtractor.exe [TR/Crypt.XPACK.Gen]" and the decryption fails. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling Epubor, deleting and re-downloading books. Neither works. This only seems to happen to books downloaded since running the upgrade of Epubor, on 8/14. Is there a way to revert to the previous version of Epubor?
