Hi Everyone, I've got a Kindle question I'm hoping someone can help with. I use the Kindle for PC app (Australia) to download books I buy so I can back them up. I have cleared the 'automatic update' box, but this morning it still updated without my permission. It will now not let me downgrade, and no matter which version of the app I download, when it is installed it is the current version 1.30. I'm using Windows 10.
I'm stuck, any suggestions?

Currently you must use the epubor converter application on a desktop (converter app isn’t compatible with iPad), correct? I purchased epubor ultimate and it’s been awesome - I convert using desktop then upload files to cloud to access on iPad (just wondered if I could further streamline by doing the actual conversion on the iPad). I have purchased the Epubor software, but currently not receive any information about the license code. I also have check the spam email, not find it.
Can I get a registration code # for my converter software so it will work everytime I open it, even offline? Currently, I have to connect to the internet and input my email address for the program to convert the entire file. Otherwise, all it does is convert 3 minutes, as a trial version.

Hi, I'm using the trial version of your software. I've tried to convert a Kindle book I bought, but it's acted differently from the other one I just covered to ePub. When I put it into the list of files in the Ultimate window, it doesn't tick or say "decrypted". However, if I then convert it to ePub, it works. The files appear to both still contain the Kindle serial number. Will this cause me a problem with Kindle if I then view it on my reader on my Samsung phone?

I followed directions and it is saying that kindle drm removal failed, that you do not support rented kindle books. I bought this book! Please help me figure out how to use this software to convert my kindle book to pdf.

It's been over a year since I last used ePubor Ultimate, but now I'm having trouble locating where my Kindle downloads, including KU, are located on my Mac.
I've looked here:

/Users/<username>/Library/Containers/Kindle/Data/Documents
This was recommended on the Apple Community forum but there was no such destination

Searching with DDG doesn't reveal anything new.
Searching using Find Any File doesn't come up with current content.
Any information that leads to my current Amazon downloads would be greatly appreciated.

it says the program can't remove DRM from rented books. The book is not rented but purchased from Amazon.
I think it is good if epubor can do parallel processing.
I think current processor are fast enough to parallel process.
and sometimes it take very long time to process a book.
better to skip it and give a log which we can review later
epubor is not detecting my kobo or kindle I have tried three different kobo and one kindle on my Mac I even downloaded the trial and tried a kobo on my PC no luck with anything Epubor just does not recognize I have a reader plugged in. my computer does recognize each device in the file system so I know they are working its just Epubor.
I am currently using Epubor Ultimate on Kindle 1.34.1 with no problems with DRM removal.
I see that Kindle 1.35 is now available, can I remove DRM?

Currently the vast majority of publishers only allow kindle magazine subscriptions to be read on a kindle device and not the pc. Can Kindle Transfer copy the magazines from the kindle device to the pc?

I have been successfully using epubor ultimate to remove drm on kindle e books I purchase and then store them in Calibre. Suddenly for no apparent reason epubor ultimate stopped working and pointed me to a site to download the app. I did this but I cannot load it on my Mac. What is Epubor's fix to work with Kindle's 1.39 version? Kindle now requires update to 1.39 version to be able to download their books. Epudor currently requires auto-down grade to 1.32 to be able to crack the DRM code. The problem is that this no longer is a viable solution with Kindle's latest updated version to even be able to download. As such, what is Epubor's work around for this?
I want to remove DRM on a book I bought from Amazon and when trying to do so with ePubor Ultimate I get a message stating that DRM Removal is not suported with rented books.
