I borrowed other books and they open just fine and I can use Epubor Ultimate to convert them.
Has Amazon changed file types or what? Any ideas?

I'm using Kindle 1.17; I can't download a recently purchased kindle. When I attempt to download, the following message is displayed:
Item not available for this device type
“Your Kindle app requires an update to view this content, Click here to download and install the free update (supported OS: Windows 10, Windows 8)

Just DL'd and installed latest version of the Audible-converter. Installs without issue but when I go to run get a Windows pop-up that, "This App can't run on your PC. To find a version that will run on your PC check with the software publisher"
I'm running Windows 10, version 1809 along with the latest updates as of 2/22/19. I've tried running in compatibility mode for Win 8 & 7 with no luck. Looking for any help

Right now Epubor doesn't support Kindle for PC 1.39 yet Amazon is requiring it to download books.
What are your update plans to keep up with Amazon's new versions?

Since Amazon's removal of downloading ebooks, I have been able to keep my Windows Kindle program at version 2.4.0 and been successful at downloading my new purchases.
But today, I was unable to download a new book - Pressfield's "A Man at Arms" with the foll error:
"Item not available for this device type. Your Kindle app requires an update to view this content. Click here to download and install the free update."
It appears we may not be able to download some books with 2.4.0. Do you have a version of Ultimate that will work with a newer Kindle program yet? I'm using Ultimate 3.0.16.105.
Since the new update, Epubor Ultimate doesn't find files in my Kobo library, either on my PC (downloaded through the Kobo app), or recognize my Kobo Forma.
Did something change?
I get a message when I open my Kindle app on my Mac that my version of the Kindle app (1.17.1) will not be compatible with future updates to MacOS.
In the past Ultimate would not convert Kindle books that had been opened by a later version of the Kindle app. Is this still true? Will there be an update to Ultimate to address the new Kindle apps?

Tried to download a book I purchased via the Kindle 2.4.0 version. This version now does not work with all books. Some of my recent purchases I could download and then use Epubor but 2 of them would not download. Got error of "Item not available for this device type. Your Kindle app requires an update to view this content. Click here to download and install the free update"
Is there a more recent version above Kindle 2.4.0 that will work with Epubor or is a NEW workaround found? The workarounds I reviewed in the help area are aimed at older past issues.
