Upgraded to Ultimate 3.0.8.8 and now not responding. Using Mac OS version 10.11.5
Long time user of Epubor ultimate. Since Kindle 1.24 stopped working after upgrade to Catalina, moved to KCR converter. But have noticed that Kindle books converted to epub using KCR are slow. And also have low quality covers. Is there any way to just de-drm using KCR and then convert them to epub using ultimate?
I upgraded to .252 from .111 and now it won't login to the Vital Source site. My credentials are correct since I can login directly at the Vital Source site without any issues. What am I doing wrong
Keep getting this error code for certain books. They will download using the latest Kindle for Desktop, but then they can't be decoded. Suspect there is nothing I can fo for these and they are beyond extraction?
I upgraded my Kindle to 5.7.2.x, but I can't find those transferred books which I copied via USB. This is why? How to find them?

Hello, I have the Epubor Ultimate v3.0.12.412 and I am getting the warning message for the Kindle version is 1.28.0.57030 and it says to downgrade. I followed instructions to de-register, and then download the required file, install, register, turn off automatic update in Kindle before closing. Now, when I close Kindle, and open it, Kindle upgrades itself, even with the "automatic" upgrade is turned off. What's going on? Thanks
When trying to download books in Kindle after downgrading to v1.3.1 for desktop / Mac OS (Ventura 13.4) on M1 Mac Macbook Air.

Got the message failed to transfer, but that is not enogh information to solve the problem. I have just downloaded the latest upgrade.

Just got an email about a "KCR" version of Epubor. Does "Ultimate" mean "just another version that will be obsolete, as we rename the next version and make you pay for it all over again?"
on my Epobor converter to M4B it says....upgrade to v1.0.10.259/
1 click and just get your home page asking me to buy new one/
what does all that mean/ how to upgrade??

Is it possible to upgrade the audio output of audible files I am converting?
I have bought Epubor four times now.
The latest was on August 5th 2020 Order ID 129778308 for Epubor Ultimate.
Previously I bought Epubor Ultimate Order !D 68529096 on December 2 2018 and Order ID 45586525 on December 29 2015.
None of the versions work since my computer crashed and I upgraded to Windows 10.
Why can the newest version of Epubor support a newer version of kindle for pc than 1.32.0? I download books to transfer to epubor, but they need a newer version of kindle for pc. When will you make that upgrade?

I use and love Epubor Ultimate. I use it to convert purchased ebooks from Amazon to epub to use in a text to speech app as I don't see so good anymore.
I have kindle on my pc to not aromatically upgrade, but is does so anyhow. I use the downgrade feature from within epubor and it takes only a minute or so. Is there a way to stop kindle from automatically upgrading?

I downgraded kindle to version 3.12 but unable to download book that I just purchased a few days ago. I was able to download the book when I upgraded kindle it's latest version.
Converted kindle to pdf - output way smaller than it should be for both images and text (284 pages ok to view in kindle reader) - only on this one file - others translate perfectly - did the upgrade
I installed your latest software, it asked that I downgrade the installed kindle software to 1.32. I did that and could not download any kindle books. The kindle software crashed then when I restarted it automatically updated to version 1.39.xx When I try and use the software I get an error stating that the kindle KFX files could not be converted and that I had to reinstall a lower version of kindle.
Are you going to fix this issue? I cannot install Kindle 1.32 as it auto upgrades, even with the checkbox unticked for checking for new version.
